Weather is great. I just never seem to have enough time to get everyone and thing on the same page. I'm waiting on one more bid to come back on some concrete work. That's what seems to hold everything up.(pun intended)
I've always enjoyed the planning part of things. For me, the hardest part is the part between the planning and the doing and sometimes the part where I wrap the doing details up at the end.
