I finally had developed a couple of rolls of film that were shot over the last couple of months. The new hog shelter and Katy's 4H barrows and the beginning of framing for the greenhouse. It has been so long since last posting pictures that I'm stumbling around in the dark.
We are still enjoying our California vacation with a side trip into the mountains around the Choachella valley. It will probably be August before I get to post pictures from this trip at the current pace.

Ahhh well, I think your "rear view" rivals mine. I'd rather look at the pigs' arses, personally. ;)
That's a mighty fine looking pig shelter.
I jealous of that pig shelter! I see you have complied with the government and put on a green roof. HE HE
Hey Woody,
Loving your blog! You obviously have experience in pig husbandry, any suggestions for the 'would-be newby'? I've been thinking about raising a pig or two for our freezer (just can't buy that store-bought, factory raised aka tortured bacon anymore). Do you have suggestions and/or a post about such that you could point me to?
cheers, HDR
Duck...Fence,feeder and spiglets for water. Dive in with a couple of feeder pigs and have a great time. Walter at Sugarmountain farm has a wonderful blog full of information on swine as well as the University of Missouri extension website.
